Twice per turn, each time your opponent draws a card(s) (except during the Damage Step): You can draw 1 card, or if your opponent drew by their own card effect, you draw the same number of cards instead. While you have 6 or more cards in your hand, negate all your opponent's activated Spell Cards and effects.
